Our Shop Policies

We have a one missed appointment grace period. After your first same day cancel or no-show you will be required to pay a fee of $20 (or service price which ever is lower.) Repetitive no-shows or same day cancellations will require a full pre-payment. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment to avoid any charges. All cancellations must be by phone. We do not accept email cancellations. Please call or text.

We love our customers and love to have you visit but we do ask that you be respectful of those in the chair. Please don’t arrive more than 5 minutes early to allow the guest before you to relax and enjoy their services.

If you are going to be late for your appointment you must call. After 10 minutes with no call your appointment slot will be open for walk-ins and after 15 minutes your appointment time may be forfeited and you will be marked as a no-show.

Children under 10 must have an adult with them at all times.
Please bring your child with clean and detangled hair. Excessively tangled hair or matting will incur additional fees.
We love cutting kids hair and do use an abundance of caution and patience when cutting kids hair but if your child is upset and moving to much for us to safely use sharp tools on them we will need to reschedule their appointment.
